Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy governs the rights, obligations, and procedures applicable to users of the ClicaLink system with respect to plan cancellations and refund requests. This policy complies with current laws and regulations on consumer protection, data protection, and best commercial practices.

1. Right of Cancellation – Use Until End of Current Billing Period

Users may cancel their active plans at any time through the user dashboard at: UserSubscriptionCancel subscription.

After cancellation, users will retain access to all features of the active plan until the end date of the current billing cycle, when cancellation will take effect.

During this period, user data and features will be preserved and protected by ClicaLink, without risk of loss.

At the end of the current billing period, all features associated with the paid subscription will be automatically removed, and any excess usage may be limited or deleted.

2. Right of Withdrawal with Refund – 7-Day Period

Users are entitled to request cancellation of the subscribed plan with a full refund within 7 (seven) calendar days from the subscription date.

Important: To ensure cancellation and refund within the legal timeframe, users must:

  1. Access the User Dashboard → Subscription and click "Cancel Plan";
  2. Complete the cancellation form and confirm using their user password;
  3. Submit a request via dashboard chat, email [email protected], or contact form at Contact page, stating the cancellation and refund request.

If all requirements are met within the legal period, the refund will be full and the subscription will be immediately canceled.

3. Effects of Cancellation and Data Deletion

Upon cancellation with refund, all benefits, limits, and features linked to the contracted plan will be immediately terminated.

Important: Data entered and stored under the canceled plan limits may be deleted, paused, or blocked, especially if exceeding the limits of the Free plan.

The user's plan will be automatically reverted to the Free Plan, available at no cost to all users with an active account. Data that exceeds this plan's limits may be removed without prior notice.

If the user wishes to revoke the refund cancellation request after submission, they must notify the support team within 2 (two) hours, in an attempt to halt the process (with no guarantee of success).

After cancellation and refund confirmation by ClicaLink, the action cannot be reversed, and no data, limits, or features can be recovered.

The only way to return to a paid plan is by purchasing a new subscription, with no guarantee of recovering previous information.

4. Cancellation and Refund of Annual or Lifetime Plans

Users who subscribe to annual or lifetime plans are entitled to a full refund if cancellation is requested within the first 7 (seven) days after purchase.

Important: If the 7-day period is exceeded, users may still request a partial refund within 3 (three) months from the subscription date. In this case, a proportional amount will be deducted for the months used.

After the 3-month period, no refund requests will be accepted, regardless of the reason provided.

The 3-month refund period does not apply to upgrades with partial refunds from the previous plan.

5. Partial Refund for Plan Upgrades

When upgrading to a higher plan, users may request a partial refund for the previous plan, provided that:

  1. The new plan has been paid in full;
  2. The refund request for the previous plan is formally submitted;
  3. Days already used will not be refundable.

6. Refund Method

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used during the original transaction, following the deadlines and rules of the financial intermediary, which are not the responsibility of ClicaLink.

Important: In the event of technical or operational limitations preventing a refund via the original method, ClicaLink will request an alternative bank account under the same individual or business name as the payer.

A refund receipt will be issued and sent to the user's registered email as a formal record of the process.

7. Data Backup

Important: Before requesting a cancellation with refund, users must complete a full backup of all data, files, records, or content submitted to the platform.

Export functionalities are available in the dashboard and must be used prior to making a request.

The responsibility for data backup and integrity verification lies solely with the user. ClicaLink is not responsible for data loss resulting from deletion or limitation after plan cancellation with refund.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

ClicaLink and its partners assume no responsibility for data loss, limitations, damages, or technical difficulties resulting from user-requested cancellations with refund.

The preservation of data and features depends on the existence of an active and regularized plan. Cancellation with refund or payment default will result in automatic loss of paid plan benefits, with only the Free plan limits remaining.

9. Support and Clarifications

In case of questions, users may contact the support team through official channels: dashboard chat, email [email protected], or the form at Contact page.

This policy may be updated at any time to ensure legal compliance and service improvements.

It is the user's responsibility to stay informed about changes.
